Delete your account & data
MTreeAI Games — by MTreeAI. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- Open play.mtreeai.com and sign in with the Google account you play with.
- Go to Profile / Account.
- Tap “Delete account” and confirm.
This permanently deletes your account right away. (Guests who never signed in have no stored account — clearing the app/site removes their local play data.)
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Delete my account, from (or including) the email/username tied to your account. We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 90 days.
If you'd like us to delete your associated data without closing your account, email [email protected] with the subject Delete my data and tell us what you'd like removed. We complete data-deletion requests within 90 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove the personal and gameplay data tied to it, including:
- Your account and sign-in identity (Firebase user ID; email if you signed in with Google)
- Your username and profile
- Game progress, scores, rankings/ELO, levels, coins and XP
- Challenge, match and messaging data
- Entitlements (Pro / No-Ads / cosmetics) tied to your account
What is kept, and for how long
- Once a deletion request is received, your personal and gameplay data is automatically and permanently deleted within 90 days.
- Purchase records (item purchased, transaction ID, timestamp, entitlement status — we never store card numbers) are retained only as required for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, typically up to 7 years under applicable law, and are then deleted. This is a legal-retention requirement and is not linked to ongoing account use.
- Aggregate, anonymised analytics that cannot identify you may be retained.
